Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wysper platform operated by the Nuralyn Foundation for Ethical and Constitutional AI Governance ("Nuralyn," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Wysper is an AI-powered real-time sales coaching platform designed for sign, print, and custom manufacturing shops. The Service intercepts inbound sales calls via SIP trunking, provides real-time coaching prompts to salespeople, and generates post-call analysis and quick quotes. Wysper is an assistant tool — the salesperson is the expert, and all AI suggestions are advisory.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to registered businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms. Each account is provisioned by invitation only during the beta period.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate and current registration information
  • You must not share your account credentials or invite codes with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Record calls without proper consent as required by applicable law
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malware or malicious content
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service

5. Recording Consent

You are responsible for configuring the appropriate recording consent mode for your jurisdiction. Wysper provides a technical consent enforcement mechanism (one-party or two-party mode), but compliance with applicable recording consent laws is your responsibility. 6. Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of all call recordings, transcripts, customer information, and business data processed through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
  • AI-Generated Content: Coaching prompts, entity extractions, call scores, and quick quotes generated by the AI are provided as part of the Service and are yours to use. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated patterns (never identifiable customer data) to improve the Service.
  • Our Platform: We retain all rights to the Wysper platform, software, algorithms, and documentation.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. During the beta period, planned maintenance windows and occasional outages are expected. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

8. Beta Program

Wysper is currently in beta. During the beta period:

  • Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service
  • Pricing and subscription tiers are subject to change before general availability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuralyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost sales, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Wysper provides AI-generated coaching suggestions. These are advisory and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from following or ignoring AI coaching prompts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nuralyn harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law (including recording consent laws).

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
